Manual notch cutter successful case with Kurz Morocco

We are pleased to share with you the successful transaction of Manual Notch Cutter with Moroccan Kurz customer. Although it is just a small machine, it shows we do more and more business with Kurz subsidiaries. The process of achieving this positive outcome is exciting and we are excited to share it with you.

It all started with a simple inquiry about the quality and efficiency of our Manual Notch Cutter and Automatic Notch Cutter. Although the two machines were not complex, our team responded quickly and provided all the necessary information. The customer was so impressed with the high quality and performance of our products that we arranged a conference call to further discuss the customer’s specific requirements.

There was an episode during the docking process. The first customer who asked about our notch cutting machine was not the final customer and he is a Tunisian. Later we learned that he was helping a Moroccan customer source and purchase. When we sent an email to a customer in Morocco, it was rejected midway. Fortunately, We got in touch again after sending the emails several times and got customer’s WhatsApp. After several weeks of discussions and negotiations, the customer finally decided to purchase our Manual Notch Cutter to start. Our manual notch cutter can cut both half inch and 1 inch paper core.

When machine is finished, we will do 100% testing for machines before shipment to ensure everything is ok. Customers are very pleased with the Manual Notch Cutter’s performance and productivity. It’s a win-win for both us and our customers because we are able to provide high quality products and our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
