Equipped with Mitsubishi PLC and Yaskawa inverter from Japan, along with AirTac pneumatic components from Taiwan, the HN1300R ensures durability and smooth operation. Additional features such as a press roller, daylight observation light box, and splice table make inspection and defect removal easy and efficient.

Integrated 8K Online Inspection System

Taking quality control to a new level, the HN1300R integrates an 8K high-resolution online inspection camera system. Developed in collaboration with LongVision, this system offers performance comparable to leading brands like Luster. A single 8K camera covers up to 1100mm of film width, with the option for dual cameras to expand coverage.

The inspection system identifies color deviations (ΔE ≥ 3) and detects a wide range of defects in real time. When a flaw is detected, the system automatically alerts operators and marks the defect location. Operators can easily reverse the machine to the precise defect point for removal, greatly enhancing production accuracy and reducing waste.

Intelligent Operation, Seamless Workflow

The entire operation—from setting up templates to detecting, marking, and rewinding—is automated and easily controlled via the touch screen interface. The machine can maintain a maximum speed of 400 meters per minute even with inspection enabled, allowing customers to balance between speed and defect precision according to their needs.
